Yoga Schedule and Registration
TUESDAY CLASS 8:30am to 9:00am
This class is for all levels and focuses primarily on posture and inner core strength using breath and concentration. The session ends with a guided meditation resulting in complete relaxation of the body and the mind.
THURSDAY CLASS 5:30pm to 7:00pm
This class is for intermediate levels and concentrates on perfecting posture and form through asana. Certain bhandas or locks are incorporated to increase the flow of prana. The outcome is the removal of toxins in the mind and body, resulting in better overall health. The session ends with a guided meditation.
SATURDAY CLASS 9:00am to 10:30am
This is a cardio-class with a continuous flowing style that moves from one asana to the next. This class is not for the faint hearted. It will burn fat, as well as, build physical and emotional strength. The session ends with a guided meditation resulting in complete relaxation and rejuvenation preparing you for the day ahead.
* We will provide guidance on an individual basis during every class as necessary.
All classes include asana, pranayama and guided relaxation at different levels.
All classes will leave the student having experienced something deep and profound, not just physical exercise!
All classes are taught by Certified Yoga Instructors.
